手帳会議2020
Using software for scheduling and planning has always been appealing. It’s easy to move things around, edit them, and create repeating events. On the other hand, digital systems have problems with ease of access and discoverability. I’m unlikely to actively check a digital calendar, and I can’t bring it everywhere with me unless I were to sync events to a mobile device, which limits my options and has problematic privacy implications.
So, for 2020, I switched to a Moleskine 12-Month Weekly Notebook Planner for keeping appointments and very light journaling. The compact horizontal weekly layout suited my use case. I used the left-hand pages’ week layout for noting appointments chronologically. The facing memo pages were used to log retrospectively and to hold extra information such as the address of a destination or a reservation number.
